Dueflow Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what information Dueflow may handle when you track recurring bills, enable reminders, import from screenshots, or contact support.
Dueflow is currently designed as a local-first app. Your recurring bill data is generally stored on your device, and permissions are only used when you actively enable a related feature.
1. Scope of this policy
This policy applies to the Dueflow iOS app and to the handling of information related to recurring bill tracking, reminder notifications, screenshot import, and user support.
2. Information we may handle
- Billing information you enter: such as item name, amount, currency, billing cycle, next billing date, category, notes, and management link.
- Reminder-related information: if you enable reminders, the app uses your saved billing dates and reminder rules to schedule local notifications.
- Screenshot import content: if you choose to import from a screenshot, the app reads text from the image you select in order to identify possible billing details.
- Support communications: if you contact the developer, the information you provide, such as email content, screenshots, and device details, may be used to investigate and respond to your request.
3. How this information is used
- To display and manage your recurring bills.
- To calculate monthly totals, yearly estimates, and upcoming bill entries.
- To schedule reminder notifications when you choose to enable them.
- To assist with extracting bill details from screenshots you intentionally select.
- To diagnose issues and respond to support requests.
4. Where information is generally stored
Dueflow currently uses a local-first model. Billing data that you create or import is generally stored on your device. The app does not currently require a user account for its main features.
Dueflow only accesses screenshot content when you intentionally choose an image for import. If you do not use screenshot import, the app does not proactively read your photo content for this purpose.
5. Permissions
- Notifications: used only to deliver reminder alerts for bills you have saved.
- Photo or image access: used only when you choose to import a screenshot.
6. When information may be shared or disclosed
We do not sell your personal information. Information may only be shared or disclosed in limited situations such as the following:
- When you intentionally contact the developer through email or another user-initiated support channel.
- When disclosure is required by law, regulation, or a valid legal request.
- When disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect users, the developer, or the public.
7. Your controls and choices
- You can edit or delete billing items directly in the app.
- You can disable notifications or photo access in your device settings.
- You can stop using the app and remove local data by deleting the app from your device.
- You can contact the developer if you have questions about support communication records.
8. Children's privacy
If you are a minor, you should use Dueflow under the guidance of a parent or legal guardian. If a parent or guardian has questions about information handling, they may contact the developer using the information below.
9. Changes to this policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated if Dueflow's features, data practices, or legal requirements change. When that happens, the updated date on this page will be revised accordingly.
