  • Creating and managing recurring bill entries.
  • Viewing monthly totals, yearly estimates, and upcoming bills.
  • Scheduling local reminder notifications.
  • Using screenshot import to assist with identifying bill details.
  • Accessing support and submitting feedback.

2. Your responsibilities

  1. You are responsible for reviewing the accuracy of billing names, amounts, billing cycles, and next billing dates saved in the app.
  2. You should verify any information suggested through screenshot import before relying on it.
  3. You are responsible for managing your device, permissions, and local data environment.
  4. You may not use Dueflow for unlawful, abusive, or harmful activity.

3. Reminders and screenshot import

  • Reminder delivery depends on system permissions, device conditions, and your saved bill configuration.
  • Screenshot import is an assistive feature and may not always produce perfect results.
  • If notifications are disabled or no image is selected for import, the related feature will not function.

4. Data and device limitations

Dueflow currently uses a local-first model. If your device is reset, damaged, replaced, or the app is removed, local data may be lost unless you have preserved it by other means.

Dueflow, including its app interface, written content, visual assets, and code, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the product without prior written permission from the developer.

6. Disclaimer

  1. Dueflow is a tracking and reminder tool only and does not provide legal, tax, accounting, payment, or investment advice.
  2. The developer is not responsible for losses caused by user input errors, screenshot recognition inaccuracies, disabled permissions, system-level notification behavior, device issues, or force majeure events, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
  3. You remain solely responsible for any financial decisions or payment actions you take based on information shown in the app.

7. Changes to the service

The developer may update, limit, suspend, or revise parts of Dueflow and its documentation for product, technical, or legal reasons. Important changes may be communicated through app updates or public documentation.
